Our first month’s offerings are
running a bit late, though no fault of the creators. At the last second we
decided to change our printer to one in Korea which added a bit of a delay
in getting our first month’s titles out. I figured the delay was better to
have now then after the first issues have shipped. We’ve been busy working
sending out three months of titles at once to catch up the schedule and make
sure that you won’t see delays between the issues.
We’ve decided to offer the entire fifth and last issue of Keith Giffen’s
Common Foe (the first four issues were co-published through Image) for
free at our website! We decided to go ahead and collect Common Foe
into a trade (as it was meant to be read) rather than print the 5th issue
about a year after the 4th. We didn’t want the fans who’ve already bought
the first 4 issues to feel they have to buy the trade to read how it ends,
so the creators and I decided to just give it to them for free! If they want
to buy the trade they can or if they want to just read the ending it’ll be
there for them to read at their leisure.
